Hva er poenget med zercher squat ?

iforhold til vanlig bøy og frontbøy ?

I'm a big fan of the Zercher squat for many developmental reasons. For one, I've noticed how new lifters can learn to squat with a much improved back position almost immediately. The uniqueness of how you grasp the bar will limit the training load but also ensure correct alignment.
