    Im sorry to hear that, if I where you I would have a look at how to eat with diabetes1, some even get a lot better when they eat right. Have a look at Vitamin D, Colostrum, Barley Gras. Search on duckduckgo.com , Bing or Google.

    Ahh women has to be a little careful with drinking milk, even Soya dont have the best reputation. If you need milk like drink go for Almond Milk. To build muscle you of cause need proteins, but there are many other ways, the healthy way is Barlay Gras,  Clean Proteins powders,..but I bet you already know that  biggrin ,but I dont recommend women to get there protein from milk. If you now say, but I need calcium, well even milk dont have that much, take a look at Barley gras or Moringa powder,...

    Almost all fish are contaminated, if you want to still eat Tuna, then take some Chlorella with the tuna, Chlorella transports some of the "Kviksølv" out the natural way. Just a suggestion.

    Here you have a product with no bad stuff at all. If you mix it in water you can almost not taste anything. I would say this product is for those that REALLY dont want to take any risk with artificial stuff, sucralose is also on the bad list.

    When I prepare my Protein shake, I add this :

    Cell Nutrition Whey Protein Isolate "neutral taste" 27g (25g protein)
    Colostrum 2 teespoons thats about 6g
    Barley Grass 1 teespoon thats about 6-7g.

    Now why do I do/use this :

    1. The Whey, I use because there is nothing else in the product, No Artificial Flavors, Sweeteners, Sucrose, Fillers, Maltodextrin, Aspartame, Lactose,  Colors and Gluten, bla bla...
    2. Colostrum because of the immune boosting benefits, after a hard training thats very important.
    3. Barley Grass, mostly be cause its packed with enzymes.

    Does it taste good? well its no fancy shake with all kind of stuff and I dont care, it just have to benefit the body. Grin

    I would buy it in Norway, I personally take 5000IU of Vitamin D a day and 3 g of Omega 3, be cause I know I get enogh of Omega 6 in the foods. 50% to 50% is best in my opinion.

    Best time to take Protein is Morning, 1 hour Pre training and the most important time right after training, there you have your 3 golden hours.

    To start with a high dose in the start is not the rule anymore, also many take Creatine all year round. Personally I still take it a few month and then with a breake.
