Bowflex Max Trainer
« : 19. april 2017, 14:28 »
Hello,

Having used a treadmill for the past couple of years the wife and I are looking for something a little more joint friendly. We initially starting looking at ellipticals and came across the Max Trainer. While this does have the appearance of an elliptical it seems to function more like a stepper. Does anyone have one and do you like it? Does it feel more like an elliptical or or stepper? What is the overall quality of Bowflex equipment?

I exercise a couple of times a week but the wife if starting from scratch so while she needs a good workout it needs to be something that starts light and doesn't seem too overwhelming or difficult but that can grow with her.
I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
