Du er nok noe naiv
,de av oss som har drevet med trening i noen år vet at man ikke blir slik naturlig,de fleste som bruker as vil også ha problemer med å oppnå en slik fysikk, ikke bare proteinpulver her med andre ord.....
kall meg gjerne naiv, men jeg mener selv at med superbra gener så er det mulig å oppnå en utrolig fysikk. Det samme gjelder med gener i alt annen ting. Hva Charley har tatt eller ikke får vi neppe aldri vite, men han sier selv at det er genene som gjør at han vokser så fort.
Genetic is everything. Then you have the food, then the training, then the proper supplementation, then the proper rest.
This is my scale in order or importance of thing in bodybuilding.
With some other advanced techinique you can gain tons of weight easily staying natural. Sometime you have to use your brain to grow, not your muscles. Of course, the genetic play the biggest role in all the gain you'll have. Mine allow me to stay at 6-8% bf year long without any water rentention even if sometime i eat over 9000 calories a day and tons of junk and fried food.
But i have a hard time getting 6 hours of sleep per night. I train at 7 every morning before college and I often stay up late to work on stuff.
And yeah man I'm natural. I went to the hospital to check my free testosterone level and I'm in the average. The reasons why i grow more than the other people is that I have a very very fast metabolism that allow me to eat tons of foods and stay lean, I'm mainly composed with red muscle fiber. (Fast twitch muscle) and i might as well have less active myostatin gene.
