Vel.. Har lest den, men er ikke fryktelig imponert Smiley Men det er masse fete sort/hvitt-bilder i den boka, og et hav av øvelser.

Jeg syns du skal starte med å lese noe av Pavel, Poliquin, Staley, Bill Philips, Thibadøøø, Lyle McDonald, Louie Simmons, Stuart McRobert, og kanskje litt Navy Seals for kroppsvektstrening. Styr unna det meste av Bodybuildingbøkene. De kan oppsumeres slik; Har du du ikke fremgang på biceps, må du trene den i alle vinkler å "krama i toppläget".

Inni meg lever en tynn liten gutt som skriker etter å komme ut. Men som regel kan jeg få han til å holde kjeft med en kjeks.

fins noen flere bøker gratis på div torrentsider som er verdt å lese... som mange sier, bb-bøkene er jevnt over crap. brooks kubik - dinosaur training er mest motivasjon men bra lesning, starting strength er uunværlig, tror jeg har fått mye ut av den i min korte treningskarriære. louie simmons er best på video om du finner det, jim wendler har også et par veldig praktiske bøker. mye russisk går over hodet på meg og er flisespikkeri hvis du ikke er/skal trene proff-vektløftere men du kan jo prøve deg på det.

190 cm høy og ganske lett ~ 93 kg
165-145-250 rå på stevne 105,4 kg kroppsvekt
