Gregg fokuserer på alt det rare han kom borti iløpet av karrieren sin, hvordan han kom i fengsel og hva han i dag syns om steroider.
Sendte han en mail der jeg spurte om han konkurrerte mens han var på steroider, for det skrev han ikke noe om i boka si. Lurte også på hvor mye han kjørte på Biceps og Triceps for å få de monsterarma...

Triceps ..
Bench dips 10 sets in 5 mins time 10-15 reps (10 seconds rest between sets)
Close-Grip Bench Presses with EZ curl bar 5 sets 8-10
Cable Extensions 5 sets 8-12 reps
Skull-Crushers ( I do them standing with my back leaning on an incline bench with EZ curl bar) 6 sets 8-12
BURNOUT….finish off with a burnout (10 seconds rest between sets ) Bench dips 5 sets 10-15 reps again
Biceps …
Machine curls 6 sets done with 10 seconds rest between sets 12 to 15 reps
Dumbbell curl ( seated or concentration < my favorite ) 4 sets 10 to 12 reps
Cable curl 5 sets 10 to 12 reps
Barbell curl 5 sets 8 to10 reps
BURNOUT….finish off with a burnout (10 seconds rest between sets) Machine curls 5 sets 10-15 reps again"
