Styrketrening gjort på riktig måte, vil øke utholdenheten din. Når du har et grunnlag kan du trene tunge vekter, få rep kombinert med lette vekter eksplosivt og få rep. Typisk 5-10 serier a 3-6 rep. Så lenge ikke kroppsvekten din øker vesentlig vil det fungere effektivt.
