7-8 september. Her er øvelsene:1, DEADLIFT - Axle Deadlift for max - This is a simple test of maximum power - lifting 2 huge axle wheels on a bar - rising & rising in weight till one man left! - one at a time
2, Basket Circle -
Saturday
3, Carry & Drag - an atlas stone has to lifted & carried 15 meters ond is placed in a steel sledge - the sledge is then dragged back to the line - fastest time or longest distance wins. - head to head
4, Press medley - Log - Giant Dumbell - Axle and a river rock to be pressed overhead as quickly as possible - one at a time - maybe a steel supplier or similar
5, Arm over arm - rope pull event - we hope to pull a 4 X 4 & trailer or a motor home subject to sponsor - one at a time
6, Beer barrel carry - 135kg filled beer barrel carried for max distance - to failure head to head event
7, Squat - 200kg of steel train wheels to be full squatted for highest number of reps these could be tyres on wheels subject to sponsor- one at a time
8, Stones of strength - head to head x 4 progressively heavier stones lifted onto a platform - head to head finale event - single height platform up to 160
