Ingredient Descriptions:

Tri-Creatine Citrate: A highly soluble form of creatine, which is bound to citric acid, thus providing a much greater increase in creatine bioavailability over regular creatine monohydrate. The compound is three parts creatine bound to one part citric acid which simply means you are getting more creatine by weight than with di-creatine products.

Taurine is the second most abundant amino acid in muscle and is the most voluminous amino represented in striated type 2 muscle fiber. Taurine can act similarly to creatine in that it expands your cells by helping the muscle cell itself hold more water, increasing cell volume. Bodybuilders benefit because expanded muscle cells can increase hydration resulting in a higher rate of protein synthesis causing the appearance of muscle fullness.

Glutamine Alpha Ketoglutarate (AKG) is the most abundant amino acid in the human body. It's concentration is four times greater than all other amino acids. It is metabolized in nearly all tissues and is found in high concentrations in the brain and muscles where it has multiple functions critical to athletic performance. Exercise creates a deficit in the body's glutamine stores making a possible decrease in muscle protein synthesis. Glutamine helps the metabolic processes associated with recovery as well. Recovery is paramount to muscular hypertrophy. Garbage uses Glutamine AKG, a more advanced an easily absorbed version of L-Glutamine.

Vitamin C is an essential vitamin to the human body and is probably one of the most important vitamins. Vitamin C keeps testosterone levels high. There are many additional benefits attributed to Vitamin C, including strengthening of connective tissue, and supporting the performance of the immune system. Some studies even show that Vitamin C reduces ones stress level.

Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate (A-AKG) is a powerful growth enhancing hemodilator that has been scientifically formulated to boost nitric oxide levels in the body resulting in a dramatic increase in muscle size, strength, endurance, power output, load capacity and a perpetually pumped up physique. This ingredient synergizes the effects of creatine. L-arginine, when administered in the correct doses, stimulates pituitary release of growth hormone.

Studies have shown that athletes supplementing with Carnosine were able to both work-out longer and harder.

L-Tyrosine is a precursor of the neurotransmitter dopamine, as well as a precursor to the adrenal hormones norepinephrine and epinephrine. L-tyrosine helps athletes avoid overtraining, due to its ability to offset fatigue. Because L-tyrosine is a precursor of Dopamine, L-tyrosine heightens mental alertness, increases feelings of well being, and will offset physical and mental fatigue. The thyroid is responsible for the manufacture of thyroxin and L-tyrosine influences the manufacture of thyroxin, which influences basal metabolic rate. Because of this, L-tyrosine may prove effective for weight loss.

Caffeine is a stimulant to the Central Nervous System. It creates energy and mental alertness. When combined with physical activity caffeine intensifies performance while at the same time delaying the onset of musclular fatigue.

Glucuronolactone (glucuronic acid lactone) is a natural metabolite found in the body. Glucuronolactone not only supplies energy but it is purported to fight fatigue and also increase a sense of well-being. It improves mental performance, reaction time, concentration and memory.

B Complex: These include thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (vitamin B3), pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), pyridoxine (vitamin B6), biotin, folic acid and the cobalamins (vitamin B12). In the stomach B-vitamins help absorb and digest macronutrients, which in turn help you get more out of what you eat. They have individual properties too. Directions: Empty one packet of Garbage into 16 fl. oz. bottle of water. Shake bottle until mix dissovles. For more intense flavor, mix with less water.
