Fanatiker? Jeg forholder meg til fakta.
Blogginnlegget du refererer til har jeg lest før. Forfatteren påstår en god del jeg er uenig i, men viser ikke til noen referanseliste så dette kan sjekkes nærmere. Det er ikke noe magisk i at spesielt karbohydrater er knyttet til overvekt. Naturen er ganske enkelt slik, uansett om karboavhengige liker det eller ikke. Omhyggelig dokumentert.
Selvfølgelig blir lowcarb-siden fullstendig eid. Blir blant annet lagt ut flere studier der folk på kaloriunderskudd fikk tilført ekstra insulin uten å miste mindre fett av den grunn. Og andre studier som viser at folk nesten alltid tror de spiser mer/mindre enn de egentlig gjør..
At lowcarb-konseptet blir "eid" er en påstand som bringer denne diskusjonen ned på et absolutt lavmål. Kildehenvisning på dette fikk jeg heller ikke.
