Regner med maskiner er lbs, starter med brystøvelser, mye armer, men nesten ikke brukt dem på 4-5 månder så det må til! Alt er høyrep da jeg ikke greier å bruke tunge nok vekter til å kjenne noe effekt pga håndledd. Push/press øvelser med barbell er bare å glemme, håndledd har grodd sammen skeivt så greier ikke holde stanga!
